After spending many years in the U.S Rory returned home and Dingle Slea Head Tours was born. Rory has a comprehensive knowledge of Ireland and it’s history. Colm is from Dingle and is a Failte Ireland Approved Tour Guide which he qualified with distinction. He has also worked for many years with local tourism organisations and businesses promoting the local area. Passionate about history, archaeology , culture and sport. Colm has many years experience as a walking and private driver tour guide. Interests and pastimes include Gaelic Football, Soccer, Rugby, Golf, Travel and on occasion a pint of Guinness !! He has traveled quite a bit and especially enjoys walking different sections of El Camino de Santiago de Compostella. Colm organised the maritime pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostella from Dingle in 2007. 28 other people sailed with him to Á Coruna on board the replica famine ship The Jeanie Johnston, and walked El Camino Ingles. The first group to do so from these shores for over 400 years.
