Leaving your accommodation we will travel to Tarbert in north Kerry to take the Killimer Ferry across the river Shannon to County Clare. Travelling along the Atlantic Coastline our private tour passes through small quaint picturesque villages and towns. We will stop in the famous village of Doolin, noted for it’s wealth of Irish folk music. After lunch we will travel to The Cliffs of Moher. The Cliffs of Moher are 200 meters in height and 8 km long, giving superb views of the County Clare Coastline, Connemara Mountains and the Aran Islands. From here, our tour travels into the centre of The Burren paradise, a remarkable bare limestone area with it’s many combinations of unusual factors such as it’s unique geology, flora and fauna. Our next stop is Dunguaire Castle, a 16th century castle. Heading towards Galway city we will stop at the village of Kinvara which is renowned for the Galway hooker boats. After a very enjoyable day your driver/guide will transfer you to your accommodation in Galway for an overnight stay. This is a tour not to be missed taking in some of Ireland’s most spectacular regions!
